    Group travelers looking for comfort

    The staff was responsive when we needed extra towels right away, always smiling. The gym facilities were great, and I really appreciated the quiet pool area.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

    It was just a fitting option for a brief pit stop in Shanghai with good price-quality ratio. The breakfast spread was the largest I've ever experienced. Be aware of the inconsistent service though.

    We loved the gym with all its equipment and the delightful room service that promptly delivered our late-night snacks! Enjoying the indoor pool and sauna was a fabulous way to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the pillows were a bit firmer than we prefer, but it didn’t really impede our enjoyment. 😊
