we didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nonetheless everything was well-maintained. the service was courteous with parking on site. the experience was great, would come here again.

It is fabulous place to stay, the food is gorgeous, and location is magnificent near the metro line 2.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building near to shopping centre and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and a huge shopping area, a double-decker sightseeing adventure, restaurants and a great Tea and Coffee shop after all of that. Exceptionally nice 

The pool was nice and I had free soft drinks in the downstairs bar. I was very happy with the very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff and their terrific service.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near Nanjing Street and People Square. The staff, especially Mr. Michael Feng, provided outstanding service. The room on the 32nd floor gave us access to the executive lounge, with a stunning view over the

Impressive fairly clean property, it has incredible staff from the workers to the management. The room is good priced. This hotel offers a reasonably good breakfast with wine, alcoholic drinks.

The skyline view from the hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were extremely grateful for the assistance provided by the concierge. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to an executive floor. There were numerous restaurants in close proximity, such as Sanbao Zhoupu, which 

i'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with 2 toilets as well as a breath-taking view was not a problem. the breakfast is solid and marvellous with local hot and alcoholic drinks, there’s an option for each
